Welcome to Vancenco. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and services operated by Vancenco Solutions Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of Service & Use of the Platform

Our platform provides demonstrations of proprietary data architecture and artificial intelligence systems. Vancenco Intelligence is a production-grade AI platform ("the Service"). It interacts using generative artificial intelligence, which is probabilistic in nature. You agree to use these systems only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, this site by any third party.

2. No Reliance & AI Accuracy

When using the Vancenco Intelligence Chatbot or the Roll Call Demo:

  • Hallucinations & Accuracy: AI-generated responses are probabilistic and may contain inaccuracies. You acknowledge that the Service may generate incorrect, inaccurate, or misleading information.
  • Not Professional Advice: Information provided by Vancenco Intelligence regarding technical specifications, pricing, or regulations is for informational purposes only and does not constitute binding professional advice.
  • Verification: You agree to verify all information provided by the Service with a human representative of Vancenco Solutions before taking any action or relying on it for business decisions.
  • Third-Party Data Liability: If you input personal information belonging to a third party (e.g., into the Roll Call Demo), you explicitly represent and warrant that you possess the verifiable legal authorization to process that data. You agree to fully indemnify Vancenco Solutions Ltd against any claims, fines, or damages arising from your unauthorized submission of third-party data.

3. Bookings

The Service may draft calendar appointments. A meeting is only confirmed when you receive a separate email confirmation. Vancenco Solutions accepts no liability for missed meetings or technical scheduling errors caused by the AI.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
  • Attempt to "jailbreak", reverse engineer, decompile, or manipulate the AI's instructions or extract the source code of our systems or underlying AI models.
  • Upload sensitive personal data (e.g., health data) or data belonging to third parties without consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vancenco Solutions excludes liability for any loss or damage (including loss of data, profit, or business opportunity) arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its outputs. We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the platform, including its design, architecture, code, text, underlying software and AI prompts, are owned by Vancenco Solutions Ltd. You may not reverse engineer or scrape the Service. The output generated by our demonstration AI tools during your session is provided for evaluation purposes only and may not be commercialized without a formal enterprise license agreement.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
